We manage real-time inventory, if the availability shown as “in stock” means item are in stock and ready to be shipped. After the order is placed, our system will reserve stock quantity real-time as well. This is to ensure that we can reflect stock availability properly.

There are 4 main inventory statuses as below :-

In stock : for any item ready to be shipped.

Out of stock : no stock available and cannot estimate the time for stock replenishment.

Will delivery within X days : item available and guarantee to be shipped within X day.

To be confirmed : there is no stock available but they are coming in.

Pre-order item (deposit 30%) will delivery within x-x days : pre-order item, customer is required to pay 30% deposit and item can be shipped with in x-x days.

We ship Monday-Friday (except holiday). Most of the order will be shipped next day after the full payment is received. For instance, if customer informs us the payment made on Monday, the order will be shipped on Tuesday. Transit time depends on customer’s selected shipping option.

Please keep your transfer slip for your reference until you receive the package. After payment is made kindly contact us to notify your payment either by

• SMS, or email from banking system (please indicate order number for reference)

OR

• Sending SMS to 080 500 111 5 with the following format :[order no.] [bank] [date] [amount] for example order 1999 BBL 01/01/09 1550

OR

• Inform us by using Transfer notification menu on our website.

Do not notify your payment by replying order’s confirmation mail as your mail will not be directed to the right destination and could easily cause delay in shipping.

Shipping charges will be applied at the checkout after you selected your shipping option.

1. Parcel post, shipping charge is 25 THB / order.

2. Registered Post (R), shipping charge is by weight starting at 33 THB. Maximum weight allowed is 2 Kgs.

3. EMS (E), shipping charge is by weight starting at 57 THB.

For messenger, please contact us for appointment and shipping quotation.

Stroller, Car seat, highchairs and pre-order items with extra-large size, shipping will be charged per actual. We will notify shipping charge to you prior the shipping. The item will be shipped after all full payment is received. If you want to pick up the item, cash or credit card are welcome at the receiving.

No, once you receive email or SMS indicated your order number, you can make the payment for that order without waiting for our confirmation. We will contact you only if there is any problem with your order only.

And if you do not receive SMS or email from us, your order may not complete, please contact us.

It is available credit that customer can spend as cash for buying or for the discount when shopping online with Baby Best Buy in Thailand.

Customer will receive X% creditback when shopping online at Baby Best Buy in Thailand. The credit will be added to your account once the order is shipped. This credit can be spend as cash or discount for your next order placing online at Baby Best Buy in Thailand.

No, promotion at showroom and online are separated and cannot be joined together.

Thailand Post System can only track for registered mail (Code starts with R) and express mail only (Code starts with E)

For Parcel post, you can check your package by contacting your post office by using provided tracking number (Code starts with P).

If you want additional item for order already placed, please follow step below :-

1. Original order placed with Parcel Post shipping

You can place additional order by placing new order and select shipping option as Parcel Post, total shipping charge for these 2 orders will be charged once at 25 THB only.

• For example, original order is 10520, total amount is 1,000+25 THB then additional order number is 10525 total amount is 500 + 25 THB, grand total for your order will be 1000 + 500 + 25 THB = 1,525 THB only.
• When making your payment, you need to pay 1,525 THB and please indicate in the transfer notification as “Order 10520 + order 10525)

2. Original order placed with registered post or EMS

Registered post and express mail are charged by total weight of the items, adding more item Will increase total weight. In this case, you have to place all item in new order, we will cancel your original order. When notify us the payment, please put remark as Cancel Order xxxx.

We only offer item in original package, except pre-owned items or clearance for bad package, we will clearly described the condition for your consideration.
